Dr Olver is a very softly spoken woman, who explained very clearly about my options to fill out my eye hollows and upper cheeks. She also kept me informed of the process while carrying out the procedure. Will definitely recommend her, Estrella and the receptionist Jenny for their warm, friendly and guiding approach from first phone, to advisory email.

My Juvederm wasn't bad, it was even, not too much and administered well. I had 0.2ml in my top lip and 0.2ml Smile in the lower lip. However, I felt it fundamentally changed my face, my top lip was a totally different shape and I wanted something far more subtle than was actually achieved. I was so undecided as to wether I should leave it to go naturally but desperately wish I'd never done it in the first place, so researched Hyaluronidase. After my initial fillers I had time off work as I swelled up huge straight after the procedure, everyone who saw me noticed and I was mortified. It was meant to be very subtle, but I was really upset. The original injector would not reverse the procedure as felt I may have an allergic reaction and warned me off Hyaluronidase. She told me to wait 2 weeks before even thinking about having it dissolved. All of my swelling was down after 6 days but she insisted it would still go down and I was still very unhappy. Seeking a second opinion, I went to an amazing doctor, who consulted me on the same day and I decided to have the Juvederm dissolved. She assured me my swelling was down (day 6 post original fillers). There are minimal risks, and I went ahead with it. I could not be happier with the results! Warning: it is one of the most painful things I have ever done. It stings and hurts far more than the original lip fillers. It was almost unbearable. Straight after my lip swelled even bigger than before, so I was really scared, but I sat immediately (as advised by the doctor) with an ice pack on my lip, and after 15 minutes it was down significantly. The following day my lip was back to normal 100% Juvederm free. My original filler was injected into the lip surface, and Dr Olver dissolved it from under the lip, I had 2 big bruises afterwards, one visible on my lip slightly and I bruised above my lip a tiny bit. This was all worth it to be back to my normal self! The bruising was gone in 4 days. I am happy again. I am not adverse to cosmetic surgery, I have had rhinoplasty before and am all for self improvement. My warning to young women, if you want subtle results people won't notice, Juvederm is not for you, be happy with what you have and take your time, it was a very painful and very expensive mistake to make! However, I was so lucky I was able to have it reversed. Always go to someone who is fully qualified and ask to see exactly what they are putting in your lips (I took the label.) I couldn't find a lot about Hyaluronidase online so I hope this helps anyone who is in doubt. There are risks with anything, and for me this paid off, I wish I'd never had lip fillers in the beginning!

I have thyroid eye disease, after 2 surgeries at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London by a leading thyroid eye specialist I was left very disappointed with the result, I came across Miss Olver by chance and she fixed my eyelid so I looked symmetrical, you wouldn't know I have Graves disease. If you have a similar problem she's your woman - I wish I had found her at the start. Quite costly but if you want the best you gotta pay for it. I will be forever grateful for her care and expertise

I had restylane in my tear troughs about 9 months ago (by a different Dr, NOT Dr Jane Olver) and while one eye was perfect the other eye was over filled. I understand that this can happen to the best of Dr's so I am not here to run down any Dr as that is not my style.... none the less I decided to go to a different Dr to dissolve and then re-fill again and I am so glad I did as Dr Jane Olver was fantastic! She was so caring and sweet and it was clear that she knew what she was doing- very professional! I am absolutely over the moon with my results now! She hyalased the over filled eye and there was no bruising and the over fill was gone!! Then 4 days later she re-filled the area again with restylane and it looks beautiful....Again, no bruising!!! Clinica London (Dr Jane Olver's clinic) was amazing, the staff were out of this world and very welcoming and helpful from start to finish.... They replied to every one of my emails within 1 day and the after care was just absolutely great! I am so happy as I was so upset after the over fill by the previous Dr as you can imagine when you pay money to feel good about yourself and end up feeling worse... but thankfully the nightmare is over thanks to Dr Olver!!! I'm putting my face on tonight and going out for a boogie to celebrate ...something I haven't done for ages as I was so upset about the over filled eye and lost all my confidence...but now its back full throttle!!! I cannot recommend Clinica London and Jane Olver more!!!!

I had restylane in Oct 2009 by Dr. S in Solihull clinic Birmingham, UK. A very nice guy, but not very good with injectable. He injected far too much and used a type of restylane which was too hard for the eye area. I ended up with a bean like lump under one eye, which infact drew more attention to the tiny eyebags I had before. I spent over a year hating my image in the mirror, wishing I had never done it. When I went back to Dr. S and told him I was unhappy and wanted the lump gone with Hyalase, he made it clear that he hadn't used it before and wasn't going to either due to risks invloved. I researched it further and came across Dr O on this website. When I communicated with her it was clear that eyes were her speciallity and she had plenty of experience with Hyalase. 2 days ago, I went to see her. She was fabulous. We talked, she asked and wrote down every single detail about my eyes. Checked my eyesight, examined the lump. Discussed all the pros and cons. And when I gave her a go ahead, she proceeded with the tiny little syringe. within minutes the lump was gone. Under the eye was bruised slightly, but the bruise is going down. I should have done this earlier.....I am seeing Dr. O in couple of weeks to have the filler re-done (correctly this time). I highly recommend Dr Olver and feel that hyalase is very safe in the hands of an experienced dr. Lower blepharoplasty total failure.  Exactly the same puffy eyes as pre-op.  She refused to perform revision surgery that she should have corrected free of charge.  Having to pay twice for another surgeon for revision surgery.  Horrific traumatising experience.  This surgeon is not interested in having satisfied patients. Total lack of empathy.

I went in to get ptosis correction after noticing a very SMALL difference between eyes. I’ve now been left looking completely unhinged with two very different eyes. After I went in and told the doctor I wasn’t happy she informed me I’d have to pay the entire cost of surgery again and that I should “cheer up”. Disgusting.

I went to Jane Olver at Clinica London last year about wrinkles under my eyes when I smile. She recommended a pinch blepharoplasty for my wrinkles and other treatments including surgery on my upper eyelids. I chose the blepharoplasty and had it in February. Jane Olver gave me a sedative but I was conscious during the procedure. I was injected with anaesthetic under my eyes which was excruciatingly painful and resulted in two big haematomas. I was sick during the procedure. Afterwards, Jane Olver said ‘You are purple, you are not a good advert for the clinic. Don’t let anyone see you like that.’ I asked for a taxi but they did not have a number so they sent me out on to the street to find one even though I had a purple swollen face and felt drowsy after the sedatives. Four weeks later my bruises still hadn’t gone. It became clear that the procedure had not improved my wrinkles and had made them worse. I also had a large lump under my eye and a fold where my eyelid had been stitched down. I went back to Jane Olver and explained that I looked worse. She said that in her opinion I looked better than I did before. When I repeated that I did not think that I looked better, she said ‘Change the record, you’re just stuck in a mindset.’ She gave me a little botox and said ‘I will only charge you £350 because I feel sorry for you. When I asked how many areas that was, she said ‘I do not do areas.’ I decided to give it more time but things did not improve. I tried to contact Jane Olver, by sending polite emails with photographs of my concerns but she simply ignored my messages. I know she received them because she forwarded them to her secretary and copied me in. That was 5 months ago. It is over a year after my procedure and my wrinkles are much worse. I also still have a lump and flap and my eyes look more hooded (don’t know if this is related). I have spent over £5000 and am in a worse position than I was before. Definitely not worth it for under eye wrinkles.
