Some surgeons use a laser to perform the eye bag removal surgery, others use a blade or electrosurgical instrument. A laser can also be used to resurface the under-eye skin, which can reverse wrinkles and signs of sun damage but does not specifically treat bags. The cost will vary widely for cosmetic under-eye surgery, depending on city, surgeon, and other factors. For a lower blepharoplasty you may see a range from $2000 - $8000 and while finances can be a factor in your choice of surgeon, you should specifically look at their training and experience. Typically, someone trained in oculoplastics will have the most expertise in this area.
Costs are gong to vary by surgeon and region so you will need to call around. However, keep in mind that lasers can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, but they don't treat under eye bags. The best non-surgical option for under eye bags is fillers such as Restylane. My best,Dr. Sheila Nazarian@drsheilanazarian on Instagram
Costs vary by surgeon, region and procedure. I welcome you to visit us in our Houston office for a consultation to discuss your concerns and learn about options. You may be a candidate for lower blepharoplasty surgery. This procedure removes excess fat and skin to reveal a smoother under eye appearance. I've attached a video that may be helpful.
Hello Sohek,Lasers do a great job helping to tighten the skin. However, for under eye bags they would not be the recommended treatment (they can help of you have crepey skin under the eyes). For treatment of eye bags the recommendation would be either surgery to remove the bags plus or minus fat repositioning or transfer or using fillers to camouflage the shadow created by the bag.I'd recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation to go over the options. I hope this helps and good luck.
If you saw the surgeon 2 days postop and they want to wait another week before removing sutures, you should be fine. Aside from schedule, their decision is likely based on how our incisions were made, eyelids treated, type of sutures used, etc.

Fillers are going to be a better solution than surgery because you need to actually add volume. I would start with a HA filler such as Restylane and see if it delivers the kind of results you want. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram
Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to be assessed in person and discuss fillers to address the under eye area, upper cheek and the transition between the two. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram
Hello. I love your question. You can have fat or a filler injected in order to attempt to achieve the look that you desire. Fat will likely require more than one injection, so know that before you have it done. I don't know your age, but I am guessing that you are on the younger side. If I...
Thank you for sharing your question. You have developed ptosis (drooping) of the right upper eyelid. Many people (including doctors) mislabel the problem as a "lazy eye"; it is not that condition. The eyelid can be lifted with one of several methods. See an experienced Oculoplastic Surgeon for...
