Your surgeon can answer this question the best as they know your precise situation. I would tell my patients that they can walk immediately after the surgery but no bouncing or jumping for 6 weeks because of the risk of disrupting the healung process. So I would say you could go back to voicing the class at some point depending on your healing, but no participation for 6 weeks
Tummy tuck surgery can make a huge difference in the appearance of an abdomen when one has gone through even one pregnancy. However, pregnancy after tummy tuck can undo most of the improvements achieved from the surgery. My advice is to have the surgery when you have finished having children.
Both techniques for surgucal removal of excess eyelid skin can be very effective and one tool is not better than the other- just different. The important thing is to choose a board certified plastic surgeon for your eyelid surgery who you trust. The surgeon will have multiple techniques to choose from to decide what is best for your situation.
One's face changes in a number of different ways from the teenage years into being an adult and also throughout adult life. It is highly unlikely the the eyeballs themselves have changed but much more likely that the structures around the eyes have changed. In some instances an eyelid lift or blepharoplasty can improve your look.
I'm not sure if you are referring to the creases on either side of your nose and mouth known as the nasolabial folds or the area below your lower eyelids that sometimes makes us look tired. Either area can be lessened considerably with injections which are easy to do, not very painful and can make a real diffference. There are a variety of fillers used which all are slightly different in the time they last. Some last for a few months and some for almost a year. If you are talking about under your eyes, there is also, though, a relatively simple surgery that can be done that is not too expensive and doesn't take too long to recover from which would give much more lasting results. Your local plastic surgeon should be able to help you with which would be best for you.
