I had penis filler injections ( juverderm)back in June. I wasn’t happy with results so 6 weeks later I had injections of hylaurondiase to dissolve the filler. Just below the penis glans I have been left with hard cartilage like tissue that gets quite red at times . Do you think it’s scar tissue from the injections?. Pics online look similar to sclerosing lymphangitis, Or would it be possible for some filler to have settled under the glans and gone hard? if so will it melt away! Please help!!
