The sclerosis  lymphangitis is usually a self-limiting problem related, most of the time, to temporary disturbance of the lymph outflow although there is evidence that in some cases venous drainage can be involved as well. There is no specific treatment . However, a repeated injection of hyaluronidase may be in order to assure whether the abnormality is filler related. The hard appearance is compatible with filler when part of it becomes encapsulated. If hyaluronidase doesn't work and you are still concerned the best step would be to seek assistance of the Urologist. Good luck!

You may have a small amount of residual Juvederm in the area or just some swelling secondary to the trauma of having the fillers injected into the penis. You do not have any serious conditions as you have mentioned and I believe this will resolve with time. Good luck from New York City
