Cheek filler 2mls: I’ve got a ridge on either side above my cheekbone. (Photos)

I had 2ml cheek fillers done last Monday she injected the filler down the side of the eye into the top of the cheek showing little effect all I’ve got is a ridge on either side above my cheek bone - is this right?

This might be superficially placed filler. Swelling resolves after 1-2 weeks. If you're unhappy, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

I'm not sure when you had your injections. It can take 1-2 weeks for final results. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!

I recommend following up with your injector. This isn't typical. If necessary, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

Most of my patients find that the filler lasts 6 months to one year. Depending on the degree of augmentation desired, more can be added if indicated.
