It is very difficult to answer your question without more information. However, when in doubt I always fall back on science. We have a great deal of information about injectable fillers and their benefits and limitations. PRP for facial rejuvenation is very interesting but much remains that we need to learn about PRP. PRP may offer some benefits but does not take the place of injectable fillers at this time.
This is difficult to answer without photos. Fillers can be used to improve the appearance of folds and to provide support for the face. Under eye bags can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers. I hope this helps.
Without photos and the benefit of physical exam- impossible to answer your questions accurately. Generally speaking, sagging neck, jowls, cheeks are usually treated with facelift, neck lift . It's the most permanent solution and most reliable. If you are candidate for the above mentioned procedures, fillers and other non surgical procedures, in my opinion are useless if performed as a substitute for surgery.
Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Unfortunately without an in-person examination, or full series of photographs, it is difficult to offer definite advice. For most patients seeking correction of immediate areas of concern dermal fillers like those mentioned are the best treatment. See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss.
It's hard to comment on your specific case without seeing a photo or evaluating you in person. That being said, typically dermal fillers like Restylane and Juvederm are used to treat volume loss and static lines/wrinkles. There is certainly much more science supporting the use of dermal fillers for these indications then PRP.
Hello - If you could share a photo, that would be helpful to answer better. At 56, combination therapy works best. Fillers to help replace lost volume (Refill), Dysport/Botox to relax active muscles that pull down on the face (Relax), Laser resurfacing to help fine lines and texture (Resurface), and maybe, even surgical options to redrape and lift the skin (Redrape). Generally, fillers work better for volume loss than PRP and PRP is used more for skin texture/glow/healing or maintenance. I recommend working with your physician to come up with a plan and timeline comfortable for you.
It is difficult to give you a good recommendation without seeing you in person and/or photographs submitted for evaluation. Make sure you find yourself an expert in the field, such as a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. Good luck from New York City

You will easily appreciate the reason behind the shadowing if you look at your side view photo. Too much of filler was injected into the lip, particularly in front of the muscle. This is very common problem when lip is injected for volume expansion and not for enhancement and re-shaping. Unf...
Bruising after filler injections in the lip can occur but your type of bruising seems more than usual. I would have your doctor check this out. Were you on any type of blood thinner prior to getting the filler? If you get fillers in the future I would recommend some gentle ice applied to t...
If the nodule is not tender, try to take it between your fingers as you would try to pinch it. Apply steady and rather strong pressure , hold it for 20-30 seconds then release. It should spread the accumulated filler at least partially. If successful, you can safely keep molding it until you ar...
