If the nodule is not tender, try to take it between your fingers as you would try to pinch it. Apply steady and rather strong pressure , hold it for 20-30 seconds then release. It should spread the accumulated filler at least partially. If successful, you can safely keep molding it until you are satisfied or no further improvement. The next step would be re-shape your lip with a small dose of hyaluronidase to achieve a controlled reduction of volume. Simply adding filler to the other parts of your upper lip would make it disproportional and additional injection to your lower lip may be required. Good luck!
If it has been more than a week since your initial treatment I would recommend that you see your treating physician. I would also try roll massaging your lip before you see the doctor. I recommend returning to your injector for an evaluation. Imaging studies can be done to rule out that any part of the needle remains. The bruising can be treated with lasers if it is persistent.
