Had first treatment may 2 2017 one application on each side with middle overlapping. 5 weeks later and don't see any change. Maybe even it looks worse? I am scheduled for second treatment this Friday June 9 and worried. Don't wa t to be out more money if second doesn't make a difference. I know they say only 20% each time but I'm not seeing anything. Read about most people seeing a change by week 3 and 4. Should I reschedule for later to see if there is change before 2nd round or cancel?

Often, the results are a little more delayed and most people will need between 2-3 treatments to see results. Treatments are spread 6 weeks apart. It is not unusual for you not to see much improvement after 5 weeks. Sometimes, results aren't even that evident until after the 2nd round of treatment. You should make sure your provider is tracking your progress with before and after pictures. CoolSculpting under the chin works best with a skin tightening treatment. Your provider needs to make sure that your issue isn't mostly loose skin. If you're dealing with a loose skin issue then you likely won't see much improvement after the CoolMini. The big question however is , is this fat in your neck or is this loose skin and Platysma muscle. The treatment for skin and platysma muscle laxity is not Cool sculpting. Have your surgeon discuss the options for the loose skin and muscle and show you before and after examples of cases they have done. Otherwise consider a couple more treatments with the cool sculpting mini and re asses once your healed.Good Luck!

Answer: Coolsculpting Results--Add Kybella, theramge, ultherapy, exilis You may have some swelling for 3-6 months after Coolsculpting. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend Kybella combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis for good results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert.
