Keep in mind, it takes 3-6 months for final results with Coolsculpting. I recommend following up with your Doctor to see what their protocol is for performing liposuction after Coolsculpting. Most will recommend waiting until swelling has resolved. For best results with liposuction, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Hi yop.  Two weeks after cryolipolysis, you have a significant amount of inflammation and fat cell death occurring already-you may not need the liposuction if you just wait for your results to evolve.  Liposuction will add to the inflammation/trauma to the tissues that have been coolsculpted-it would be less of an issue if the liposuction areas were not coolsculpted previously. More swelling, numbness, bruising, over or underestimation at time of liposuction (especially with added technologies like laser or ultrasonic or power assisted lipo) are all potential outcomes of doing both so early on. Before proceeding, talk to your plastic surgeon again about your recent treatments.  BTW, don't forget to pursue the root cause of your anemia because correcting with supplements is only treating a low lab finding, without knowing why it has happened. Your doctor may want to at least wait 1-3 months after your CoolSculpting treatment to avoid any potential risks.  At two weeks, you may still have some swelling and/or other side effects that your doctor may want to be fully resolved before any surgeries.  Discuss your treatments and side effects with your surgeon before making any decisions.

Coolsculpting has been demonstrating imrpvoements in contour but has also been associated with infrequent but unusual effects such as paradoxical adipose hyperplasia; I would wait a good 3 months to make sure that you don't develop any unusual effects prior to having liposuction performed as these unexpected outcomes could be addressed at the time of your surgery.
