Doctor said skin was too thick to get the results I wanted. Does that sound probable? (Photos)

As far as I can see from your photos your skin structure seems quite thick, but this is not an obstacle for rhinoplasty, the healing time may take longer than normal and thin skin. Even if the nose shape you want is not suitable for your skin structure, it is possible to get a more natural nose that is compatible with your face. I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.

Thank you for your question. You should be able to have an excellent result with rhinoplasty. I would also plan for laser resurfacing of your nose 3 to 4 months after rhinoplasty to get rid of the thicker nasal tip skin. There is no reason that you should be able to have a rhinoplasty and have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.
