I'm doing the MMO & BBL, but the surgeon I'm gonna use says I have to do one at a time, either MMO or BBL. He doesn't do it all at once. They are recommending MMO first then 2-3 months after the BBL, but I think that if I do the MMO there won't be enough fat to transfer for the BBL. I do not see a lot of fat on my back for the lipo & the fat transfer for the BBL. They said I do have enough (they saw my pics only). So I probably going to do the MMO, but I still feel concern. what should I do?

Answer: Options for Mommy makeover & BBL Hi. If you don't have very much fat, then do the BBL first. The surgeon can use the lower abdomen - which will be removed during the later tummy tuck - as a donor site, in addition to other areas.If you have a fair bit of flank or thigh fat, then you could have the TT first - but don't do lipo at that time. Save that fat for the BBL.Without seeing photos, it's hard to give you more specifics.All the best,

Answer: BBL first I would suggest the BBL happen first so you have the maximum amount fat available for harvest. If the TT is done first, that would eliminate the abdomen as a source of fat for the BBL.

Answer: MMO and BBL You are totally thinking in the right direction regarding the significance of which procedures to choose first. I definitely believe the procedures should be separated. It is both safer and creates a more reasonable healing experience when separated. The only reason to do the Brazilian butt lift first is to be able to harvest the most fat available. If the amount of fat is not an issue, then I would do the mommy makeover first.This is a complicated decision which is based largely on the distribution of your fat deposits. This has to be decided after an examination and full discussion with your plastic surgeon. Either way, you can expect to have very pleasing results.
