Multiple surgeries  can not be done at once. A mommy makeover can consists of breast surgery and a tummy tuck. It sounds like you may be interested in multiple procedures so I would recommend consult with board-certified plastic surgeon so examination to determine which procedures are like for you. 

The mommy makeover generally refers to breast surgery and a tummy tuck done at the same time.  A body lift is really just a tummy tuck thar extends all the way around the body, so it can be included in a mommy makeover as well.  I generally prefer not to,operate on a patient over six hours because the risks increase with the length of surgery.  In your case I would make plans for doing first the procedures that you want the most.
