Often the amount of time spent in the O.R. determines the price.  This may translate into how many areas of procedures you are doing, (time for each area to be completed).  Surgery prices will vary from city to city and surgeon to surgeon.  There are many variables in price.  Often these variables are not in the control of the surgeon, (O.R. fee, anesthesia fee, supplies, etc).  Beware of bargain basement pricing.  Cheap can become expensive quickly.  Best to see a few board certified plastic surgeons.  Together you should be able to find a plan that is safe and effective.

You have a lot of different things you want done and there are many ways to approach your case.  Hard to know if you have capsules just from a photo.  A thigh lift in your case would not be a good option because of the scar.  You would be better off having lipo of your thighs.

You will not find many surgeons that will do all the work you need for less than $10000.  Most of us charge by the amount of time something takes us and in your case, most would charge in excess of double what you are considering spending.  Cost should really not be the deciding factor in who you choose for your surgery.

You want a revision on saline implants that have capsules, a thigh lift, and to have your body shaped like your profile picture.  Those are extensive procedures that may not be able to be all done at the same time and may not be within that budget.  You may need to choose one or two procedures only. Do not settle just on price. Quality and safety are most important.

It is important for you to prioritize the things that bother you the most and make sure you cover these during your surgery. At that point you need to discuss this with your surgeon and you can see how many procedures can be done within the cost confinements that you have.

For all the planned operative requests a fee of <$10,000 would scare me as being toooo cheap. You want results with safety don't you??? Average fee would be in $18,000 to $25,000 range in my opinion. 

When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved.  You will find some average costs of surgery listed on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites (including attached link) as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Again, I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.  Best wishes.

Dear Cristal, although, it may be possible to have a mommy makeover performed for less than $10,000, cost should not be you're starting point in choosing your surgeon.  First, you should ask if the surgeon is a board certified plastic surgeon.  Do they have extensive experience with breast and tummy tuck procedures?  Will they allow you to talk with some of their patients who have had these procedures?  If you get several fee quotes, be certain you are comparing apples to apples.  Are the same procedures being performed?  Does the quote include all anesthesia fees, operating room fees, and post operative costs?  Be careful not to let cost alone drive your decision.  Best wishes, Dr Lepore.
