I am a 68 year old woman who had a chin implant about 8 years ago. I have lost weight since then and with age I see ripples and folds under my chin. I am interested in an under chin liposuction. Because of my age I do not want to have a face life. I need the best option without long surgery’s.

The only way to fix this would be through a necklift … liposuction won’t get rid of the ripples and folds.

It looks like you may have had more than just a chin implant done.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of before and after pictures. It looks like you’ve had a previous liposuction of your chin and further liposuction would not be in your favor.
It appears you have significant skin redundancy, and this needs to be treated with a neck lift or facelift.
To get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local plastic surgeons in your community.
I don’t think your problem can be corrected with Liposuction, and in fact, think you may have had previously liposuction , which helped create its problem. At least that’s what it looks like based on the limited picture included.
