Which procedure would help me achieve a more defined and symmetrical jaw? 31 y/o (photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Hi from Istanbul! Liposuction might be an effective solution to enhance the contour of your jawline, especially since your skin appears to have good elasticity. For a more pronounced definition, a neck lift which will help tighten neck muscles can be considered, although it may present more potential complications. Some surgeons may recommend mandibular implants but I think they would create a look that is too masculine and therefore advise against it. In some cases following corrective jaw surgery, the angle of the mandible loses definition. It can be caused by the type of surgery and movement that was performed. It should not get any worse. In order to improve the definition of your jawline, I would recommend custom jaw angle implants along with jawline and submental liposuction. Both these procedures together will provide a more defined jaw and contour.

You have options. We can consider a "deep neck lift" where, through a small incision under the chin, some of the fat under the muscles is trimmed. This can give you more definition in your neck along the jawline.
There are other ways as well.

It's important to understand that there are two compartments of fat in the neck, and they're located both above and below the platysma muscle. Depending upon how much fat you have below the muscle will determine which procedure is the appropriate one for you. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat compartment above the muscle. A neck lift procedure accomplishes removing the fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle, and also includes a corset platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.

All of the procedures require a certain degree of skill and experience to get quality, consistent results.
