Based on your photos, I believe that a breast lift would give you a much better aesthetic. By lifting the breast and nipple, you will be left with a perkier, more youthful appearing breast. There is no contraindication of having a breast lift and having children as the chances of losing breast milk supply in both breasts is extremely unlikely. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

I completely understand your situation as I see a lot of patients who have done all they can to achieve their ideal body weight but now face a droopy saggy breasts that are stretched out. I do suggest that you do a breast lift because unfortunately these will not improve with non-surgical means. You will need to a procedure that will lift the breasts back up on your chest while adding upper pole fullness and decrease the areola size. At Cosmoplastic Surgery, we have used the "Naturabra" technique that allows for your own breast tissue to act as an internal bra that supports the lifted breast. We just reported our results of the past 18 years of over 700 breast lift cases at the 100th anniversary meeting of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons in San Diego in April 2022.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Hello @Compassionate789790 tank you for your question and showing your picture. yes you can have a breast lift at eighteen years old. If you have children there is no problem. in a breast lift with or without implants, the areola and nipple are lifted, the breast shape is improved either by reorganizing the breast or placing volume with prostheses. Before the surgery, the plastic surgeon must assess the individual characteristics of the patient's breasts, as well as her general condition for a correct indication of the intervention. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You definitely have breast ptosis or sagging. A breast lift would elevate and reshape your breasts and give them a more pleasing appearance. Having children will not stop you from having a breast lift now. If you hope to breast feed you should discuss with your plastic surgeon method of breast lift to help make that possible. I do a central pedical technique that helps keep most of breasts ducts, vessels, and nerves intact to help make breast feeding possible. Also, it is possible you might need a little lift revision after children since pregnancy can cause changes that you would want to fix. A final option is just wait till after children to have the breast lift. Good luck.

Your breasts will undergo changes during times of pregnancy, breast feeding, or fluctuations in weight. These changes lead to deflated, droopy breasts which patients often find frustrating from an appearance or functional standpoint- the breast may no longer fit into your bra or the underside of the breast lays on the abdomen which creates a moist environment. I tell my patients that good candidates for mastopexy are no longer planning to undergo pregnancy, significant weight changes, do not smoke, and are in overall good health. I understand your breast appearance may have an affect on your confidence so its best you discuss the pros and cons of a breast lift at this point of your life with a plastic surgeon

You can have a lift at your age. Do remember, that pregnancy can undo any lift. Lifts can always be repeated if needed once you have had all the children you want.

Yes, you can elect to have a breast lift at 18.. This will remove excess tissue, reduce the areola and raise the position of the nipple. The lift will not impact your ability to carry a healthy pregnancy, but your results may be influenced by future pregnancies and the lift could potentially impact breastfeeding.
