Can Juvederm migrate? It’s more like above my lips. (Photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Based on the appearance of your upper lip I think the Volbella was most likely injected into the area above the lip - the vermillion/white roll - to give you this appearance.  If you do not like it the filler in the area can be dissolved to restore your previous appearance.  Hope this helps.

It's probably not that the filler has migrated but that it was placed at the margins of the lip, the so called vermillion border, rather than the body of the lips. Younger patients don't always have flattening of the vermillion border and in these patients the border should not be injected unless needed. The filler could be reversed with hyaluronidase if you like but I think it would just be best to let the filler wear off on its own over the next few months.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Volbella is not a product that can create structure and is able to spread around the area of injection.  The migration of product that you describe is possible with other HAs as well but the disappearance of Volbella is really the incorporation of the product into your tissue.  It gives you softer appearing lips without making them increase in size.  Hope that helps, consider getting heavier products if you want to see change in shape.
