I had my surgery six weeks ago with 550 sicoone unders. My right breast is still riding high and firm. Massaging doesn't seem to be helping. My left side has fluffed and dropped nicely. The bottom of my right breast also seems flappy and empty.

Answer: Right breast implant sits higher I see why you are concerned. First of all, if you have not discussed this with your surgeon that is the first thing to do. Most Plastic surgeons are going to encourage you to wait for the healing process to maturew ( 6 months form the time of surgery) before considering any surgical intervention.

Answer: #BreastImplants #BreastAugmentation - ask for revision? I would need to see pre-op photos to address this issue fully. And you need to be seen by your surgeon to make sure you are healing well (ie, are the incisions okay)? Implants this size sitting directly on the incisions can cause pressure and impair wound healing.Assuming, though, that you didn't need a lift on one side before (the nipple/areola appears lower, and I'd like to see what it looked like before) and that you are healing well (at the incision sites), then it is reasonable to consider lowering the higher implant. I would generally prefer to wait for 3-6 months following the initial surgery if possible, but that also depends on the extent of the issue. You should be assessed in person by your surgeon and consider a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon just to be sure.I hope that this helps and good luck,Dr. Alan EnglerMember of #RealSelf500
