M. Azhar Ali, MD, FACS

I am a 34 y/o female, athletic build, and mom of 2 kids (ages 10 and 12). I breastfed both kids and gained a significant amount of weight with each pregnancy. Both were vaginal births (no c-section scar).
Like I said, I have an athletic/muscular build and I'm pretty lean. My breasts were saggy and deflated and were a source of insecurity for me. Same thing with the minor skin laxity on my lower abdomen.
I wanted my breasts to be more full and less saggy. I didn’t want excessively large breasts, I just wanted them to sit higher on my chest, and be less like deflated balloons.
I also wanted the little bit of excess skin on my lower abdomen to be removed. Given that the scar for a mini tummy tuck would be much like a C-section scar, I decided to move forward.
After meeting with several surgeons for consultations, I decided to schedule my surgery with Dr. M Azhar Ali. He and his patient care coordinator made me feel most confident that I would get the results I was looking for.
The evening of and the day after my surgery pain was the worst. I am now postop day four, and most of the pain has subsided, but swelling is significant.
Dr. Ali used mentor boost plus implants placed under the muscle.

Today is day six. I am eager to see what my breasts will look like after they soften and fluff. My one week postop appointment is on Friday 12/30.

I don’t think my breasts have “softened” or “settled” yet. Overall, I am happy with the result so far. I wish they were not so far apart, however, I know I started with very white cleavage due to my anatomy and leanness, and placement depends on existing structures.
I’m hopeful as they settle they may not be so far apart, but I maintain realistic expectations.
I am very happy with my mini tummy tuck. I don’t think I was this flat even before kids.
I am back in the gym, but taking it slow. Anytime I do leg exercises that require me to brace my core, my lower abdomen gets swollen for the rest of the day. So I’m just taking it lighter.
I’m massaging my breasts 1-2x daily in the shower.
I see my surgeon for follow-up tomorrow. I’m excited to hear how he thinks things are settling since he’s the one with the artist’s aesthetic eye.

My experience with Dr. Ali was so much more than I hoped for. His eye for perfection and his skills are top notch. I'm in love with the results of my breast augmentation. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for some magic.

I had been wanting to get my breasts done for years. I was tired of looking at myself and feeling like my breasts were deflated. I did my research and decided to go with Dr.Ali. He was informative, thoughtful and really listened to what I wanted, while making sure my expectations were realistic. Seriously the best decision ever! I'm in love with my results and they keep getting better as time passes.

I got a breast reduction in October 2021 and it went very well, it was pretty much painless for the most part and I am so happy with my results. Dr. Ali did an amazing job and my back and shoulders thank him tremendously.

I have contemplated having my nose done for YEARS as I didn’t hate it but it always felt too big for my face. I met with a couple other surgeons but once I met Dr. Ali, I knew I would go with him. He is the only surgeon who actually listened to what I wanted. And performed exactly what I wanted. And I am only day 2 cast removal and already moving my result! I look like me which was so important to me! If you want functionality plus aesthetic, he is an expert and will keep your nose working properly while also beautiful. Thank you to Dr. Ali and his amazing team. His coordinator, Marina is truly the most sincere and kind person. She talked me through my concerns even prior to my consultation. I recommend him 100% and would send any friends or family his way.

I had a certain image in my mind and Dr. Ali took the time to listen and visualized it into perfection. I wanted to go big, so he did. 550cc of beautiful breast. He made my dream come true! I was aiming for DD and turned out to be DDD. I absolutely love them! 8 weeks post op, no visible scars.

I knew the minute I walked through the front door that I had made the right decision. I was warmly greeted and thanked for coming in to the amae medspa.

Dr Ali and his staff are amazing! They were very skilled and had the best bedside manners. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining things! I was blown away that the receptionist always knew who I was when I came in despite having only met me once before! The results of my breast reduction surgery are beyond words! I am so happy with my new breast size and I love finally being able to buy bras in stores! Just can’t say enough about how great they are!!

I did the tummy tuck in 2 phases, liposuction in Jan then the tuck on June 11th. I took 2 weeks off work and have been back to work for the last 2 weeks as a home care nurse. I wouldn't go to anyone else for any procedure. Dr Ali exceeded my expectations. His bedside manner is excellent, he is honest, his office is really nice, the staff are great and the procedure is done at a local hospital. The pain isn't bad day 1 and 2 bc he uses a local in the surgical area. Day 3 was tough but nothing I couldn't control with pain mess. I did have a drain for 2 weeks even though he usually doesn't use them. I'm glad I did though to help with the swelling. I picked this doctor after seeing what he had done for my friend. Not to mention she is an anesthesiologist and won't go to anyone but him. She is in her 50s with a body of a 25 year old thanks to him. Plus when you talk to him you can tell he is a perfectionist about his work. The first thing he told me is that he doesn't like when you can look at someone and you can tell they had a tuck from their scar and big bellybutton. My scar is very thin and low and my bellybutton is better than my old one. I'm so happy with my decision. Even when I was running 25 miles a week my stomach wasn't this flat and toned. These before pics are after liposuction and the after pics when I was about 2.5 weeks post op. I'm 4 weeks now and my waist is much smaller than these pics. I will post more soon. The scar below my bellybutton was already there and the marks that look like bruising is actually just stained skin from the cleanser.

I had my surgery on Thursday 3/22/18. Today is Saturday 3/24/18. I get the cast off Wednesday and I can’t wait to see the result!! I was able to ale the packing out so I’m able to breathe better!! I was really nervous on the day of surgery. DR Ali was amazing. His office staff is very nice also. Looking forward to the results
