Follow-Up: Can you tear and damage a tummy tuck that has been completely healed for 15 years?

springup
I had a tummy tuck about 16 years ago with excellent results. Last year I tripped and fell very hard flat on my stomach. A couple of months later, I noticed a bulge near my belly button which came out and went back in. I now feel swollen and get that uncomfortable tight, pulling feeling I had immediately after the surgery. Is it possible that I tore the sutures and ruined the surgery? I was checked for a hernia and the Doctor said he doesn't think I have one.
