Hello. Surgery in this region is not available without significant scarring. I prefer to recommend Botox every 6 months. Have a formal evaluation with a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatologist.Best wishes, Dr. Aldo
Thank you for sharing your question. There is no current surgery to permanently remove sweat glands but there are options to minimize sweating - namely use of the neuromodulators - Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin. See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss your options. Hope this helps.

We are the first and only center in the US which has been performing miraDry for buttocks and groin. It is off label FDA use for miraDry. No, surgery is too vast for this area. Botox is the easiest, least invasive and works best. Other options include off label INFINI and RF devices as well as HIFU. Liposuction to the gland is very technical. See an HH or Hyperhidrosis specialist to give you options, depending on the area, extent and other factors. Davin Lim. Hi Jen,Thanks for this question. The injection in your back should not affect your Botox injection. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Botox takes two full weeks to kick in. You may need more units injected. Follow up with your provider.
From your photos the dent appears to be an anatomical concern and not to do with your glabellar muscles. Botox can actually make indentations and contours more prominent, so I would advise against the use of Botox. Filler would be your best option. Ensure you visit a highly skilled and board...
