Can I get local anesthesia in my forehead so that I can have Microblading and Botox at the same time?

Yes - you can do this and we often do microneedling at the same setting as botox (we just do the microneedling first).  I typically use a topical anesthetic which works well though an injectable would be no problem.

thank for you questions. You should never have Botox and other Esthetic procedures in same time ,specially in same area of your face. It's risky to have more complications. I will suggest to have separate session

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem to offer local anesthesia for the two.  Botox in general is fairly painless.  Sometimes I place topical.

You can certainly have a small amout of lidocaine injected before microblading to reduce discomfort, though most just use topical. After that, you could have Botox same day in the usual 3 areas

there are many good topical anesthetics that can take 15 to 30 minutes to work effectively which may give you relief. However injections of a  short acting anesthetic into the sites where the nerve travels ( called a nerve block ) would offer significant pain relief, although not likely complete. You then, however, would have to sustain the several injections for the nerve block.

A small amount of a local anesthetic such as lidocaine injected directly over the nerves that provide sensation to the brow and forehead will numb the area for both procedures. Good luck. -Dr. Z
