It appears that you have some rolls of fat and skin.  The best approach to definitively deal with both of these issues is probably neck lift with liposuction.  I'd recommend that you seek a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon.

Hello Lizb1129,Thanks for your question.Part of the problem, I'm afraid is excess body fat residing in your neck area.  That being said, the best thing to do to improve this area is to have some liposuction performed to debulk the excess fat in the neck.  I prefer the use of VASER liposuction.  It uses ultrasound to melt fat cells making the contents easier to remove via small cannula liposuction.I recommend speaking with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to understand your options better.Good luck,Dr. Shah
