You can improve your neck and side profile by having a greater understanding of what you would like to receive. The hump will be easy to remove, and the jaw/chin can be addressed by a necklift or a chin implant. I suggest you consult a board certified physician whose offices have the capabilities of imaging technology that allows patient and surgeon to create images of the patient if they were to receive certain procedures. There are multiple surgical options to improve facial appearance specially the profile contour.Necks that go straight down from the chin to the chest (in medical terms: obtuse cervicomental angle) could significantly improve with a neck lift ( a procedure that removes the excess of neck fat, tightens the loose neck muscle -platysma, and redraws the neck skin to reveal the normal youthful neck angle in patient candidates)Weak chin projection in relation of the face/nose can be improved/ corrected with a chin implant. Before a patient could be candidate for a surgery, they have to be in
great health. If a patient is in good health, then I look at the anatomy to
guide my recommendations. When looking
at your anatomy I would look for:1) Excess fat in the neck2) Excess skin in the neck3) Poorly defined jawline4) Poor definition in the cheek area5) Jowls6) Deep marionette lines7) Weak ChinIf you have a fairly heavy neck and to get you the best result
your would need a more aggressive lift. In my practice I would recommend:1) Facelift2) Midline platysmaplasty with aggressive removal of fat in neck3) Direct liposuction of the jowls4) Chin implant5) Mulitleval fat grafting or cheek implants to create
definition in the cheek area6) Consideration of facial chemical peel to improve quality of

 A full set of photographs of the face are required to make a determination about what may be needed. A closed rhinoplasty approach can address shaving down the dorsal hump and decreasing the projection of the nose. A chin implant  can be placed through submental incision to give added projection to the chin to help with facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the overly projecting nose. When there is excess fatty deposits in the neck, a neck lift procedure can address removal of the fatty deposits  above and below the platysma muscle, in addition to a platysma plasty.   Hi, I have performed and taught Rhinoplasty for over 30 years often combining chin augmentation using a chin implant.  From the comments, it seems that a chin implant to add projection that creates harmony and balance to the lower face is warranted.  Rhinoplasty can reduce the dorsal hump and refine the nose making it more naturally attractive.  The two combined would create a natural improvement to the face from front and profile views.    If you have "jowls" this is sagging
facial tissues and an indication for some form of a facelift.  The
underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected, lifted, trimmed and
re-sutured. The excess skin is then removed and the facelift incisions
closed.
