Recently I tried Voluma. I have 50cc per cheek placed on the cheekbone. I went to sleep approx 12 hours after the injections. I fell asleep on my back but woke up on my side. Now, the side I slept on for an unknown amount of time) seems to be smaller and somewhat less tender than the other side. My questions are: Can sleeping on one's side as described above cause Voluma to "deflate" or spread? If so, what are my immediate next steps? Should I gently sleep on the other side for balance?

Answer: Sleeping on cheek after having fillers (Voluma)
I recommend waiting two weeks after injecting your cheeks with either Voluma or Radiesse. It takes time for the fillers to settle and for swelling and bruising to go away.
