Can Voluma be displaced due to sleep? If so, what are next steps for a side sleeper?

Hello and thank you for your question.  A lot of what you may be experiencing is the swelling post injection.  The pressure from sleeping may have compressed the swelling and therefore it may have seemed less puffy and even less sore.  Although it is unlikely that the filler will migrate, I always advise sleeping on your back as best you can for the first few nights.  The complete healing process (swelling, tenderness, and bruising) can take up to 2 weeks. It's unlikely you caused the filler to migrate. However, if you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your injector. Keep in mind, you may have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after lip injections.
