Can filler injected in smile lines move? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  It appears that based on your photographs this bulging is tissue swelling and should resolve quickly over the next several days.  Your filler should soften over the next 2-3 weeks.  Hope this helps.

After reviewing your picture it appears that you've had inprovement in your chin lip area, although the left lower lip/chin area may require additional product to camouflage elevation.
Voluma does not generally migrate across face and to eyes.  Normal swelling and lumpiness is to be expected.  A follow up to your injector is recommended.

It is very unlikely that filler has moved in 3 days. The effects were due to swelling and now that it is leaving, you are seeing more of the final filler results. There is no way you could become blind from filler after the initial couple hours. If you aren't happy with the final results, please discuss with your doctor and consider removal.
