I was thinking of Botox on the high side to relax eye brow. I don't want cosmetic surgery again. I had a face lift 2 years ago and surgeon tried twice to raise the eye brow. But as you can see pulling up lower side did not work.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. Uneven eyebrows and what to do? This is a frequent question. The right eyebrow can be raised if you have this done by a very experienced brow lift surgeon. In 35 years I've always been able to raise the low brow in patients  like you. We should be done with the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift. Surgery for brow asymmetry can often be helpful, so I am not sure why it did not work. That being said, botox under the depressed eyebrow and over the elevated eyebrow can help to promote further symmetry. Often, positional issues can be the result of subconscious activation of the forehead muscles on one side. If that is the case, after several rounds of botox, you may find that your pattern of resting muscle activation is changed and you may no longer need the treatment.

You can try botox to even out the height.  When placed correctly Botox or Dysport can elevate one brow and drop the other so they will appear more even.

Thank you for your question. You have two options you can lower the elevated eyebrow by injecting Botox into your forehead. You can raise he lower eyebrow by injecting Botox into the depressor muscle located to the outside and bottom of the depressed lower eyelid.

Brow lift surgery can certainly be frustrating both for the patient and the surgeon. It is such a dynamic area with all of the muscle activity around the eyes both between them and around them laterally. The key is the release of the tissues that hold it down. Since you are not interested in a third try, Botox is a good way to even out the brow height by relaxing the brow that is higher. It may take a couple of tries to get the best symmetry long term, but it should be attainable.John Standefer MD

One of the indications for a browlift is to make the eyebrows symmetrical.There are multiple different brow lifting techniques  that include differential amounts of skin removal that can be accomplished.  Botox would be a conservative option which can help to some degree

Hello Dszcerby,Your picture certainly shows one brow up higher than the other.  Usually surgery is the best option but if you have not had any improvement after two operations, something else may be going on.  I agree that you should have your left eyelid checked for drooping (ptosis) as this can cause you to inadvertently try to elevate your eyebrow to keep up your eyelid.  If that turns out to not be the case, then you can use Botox to even things out.  I'd recommend an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to both evaluate you and go over your options.
