Dr Arnand Shah is the Best in San Antonio
Upper eyelid surgery with revision to the outer aspects of the eyes. I interviewed 5 doctors, one in Austin about upper and/or lower eyelid surgery. Dr Shah, who is with the UT Health Science Center, was the best choice by far. He was the most conservative with his recommendations and helped me decide to decline the lower bleph because it didn't meet my expectations.
