Left brow lift failure. Second surgery also failed. So sad... Any suggestions? (photos)

Is there a solution? Feeling discouraged. I'm willing to do a third surgery. My surgeon said this has been his first failed brow lift. He performed a second procedure under a local and unfortunately looks like it failed too. I get my stitches out in a few days and am hoping another Dr has an opinion. I totally trust my Dr. He's been awesome in this process.

It is a bit of a mystery what's going on in your particular case, as there are many causes for asymmetrical eyebrows - eyelid ptosis, frontalis spasm, significant preoperative assymmetry, etc.  Fortunately, an in person evaluation by an experienced and skilled plastic surgeon can determine the cause and proper surgical procedurs to correct this issue.

Dear Gina:I see in your photo that the left brow is lower than the right, but you haven't specified if this was the case before your first surgery. Also, I would need to know the surgical approach used both times, and without this info it would be very difficult to problem solve or make a recommendation for further surgical correction. You have stated you trust your surgeon, so my advice is to give him/ her the chance to help get your asymmetry problem corrected. There are several types of procedures which can get the brow to elevate and maybe a different surgical approach would help. Since you still have sutures you are too soon after surgery to safely have a third right away, so maybe some Botox injections could be done to temporarily get the left brow up--i recommend you follow the advice of your surgeon (hopefully a board-certified plastic surgeon).
