As long as the incision is intact, it should be safe to apply scar cream, though each surgeon has their own protocol, and I would suggest discussing methods to help scar maturation with your operative surgeon. Many physicians favor silicone based topicals. Massaging the scar may also be of value, and it will be critically important to regularly apply sunscreen to your brow, as well. Thank you for your question. It should be safe to apply the silicone gel on the brow lift scars at this point as long as the wound is well healed. Typically, I have my patients apply scar gel at around 10-14 days after surgery as long as the incision is closed and the wound is not dehisced or infected. Best wishes.
I typically encourage my patients to use silicone gel once the sutures are removed at 7 days. However, everyone's course of healing is unique so it would be best to check with your surgeon for specific instructions in your case.Best of luck,Cody Koch

Best option is to try something simple like Botox. You are 18 and would not recommend surgery. Botox will help relax this area so that the angry look is softened.
