If I choose an implant size that's a cm below my BWD will I end up with a gap? (photos)

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants and they choose what looks right for them. First of all take all that you have learned about bwd and throw it away. It is not a good way to judge implant size. I think the sizes you mention are far too large but if you want to look like the photo you sent, it's your decision. The sheer weight of them over the next twenty or thirty years will really cause problems
