I want to know what one is the most natural feeling and natural looking. Please tell me all the pros and cons of the different brands and what one you reccomend most (please go into detail about this). What one has the least complications and usually last the longest? Thank you! (:
Answer: Best Most surgeons have there own preference, but after years of trying all 3 major brands, I can tell you that by far the best one I've used so far is the Sientra 'gummy bear' implant. It's also about planning. And your own body measurements, but implant to implant, the best one I've seen is the Sientra 5th generation silicone implant. It has the lowest rupture rate and the lowest capsular contracture rate, especially when textured implants are used. Best wishes.

Answer: Best, most natural feeling implant; what one is the best? Mentor, Natrelle or Sientra? Thank you for the question. All three companies are reputable with good products (similar characteristics and warranties). Every patient's anatomy and goals are different; each patient may benefit from the use of a specific size/profile of breast implant. In my practice, I have used breast implants from all 3 different breast implant manufacturers with very "natural looking" outcomes.Ultimately, more important than the specific breast implant company utilized will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. Careful preoperative communication, careful intraoperative sizing ( including the use of temporary sizers and dimensional planning/measurements) and careful execution of the procedure will be key. Generally speaking, much of the final look and feel achieved after breast augmentation surgery depends on several factors: 1. The initial shape, size (volume of breast tissue), symmetry of the patient's breasts. In general, the better the preoperative breast appearance the more likely the breast augmentation “look” will be optimal. 2. The experience/skill level of the surgeon is important in determining the final outcome. For example, the accurate and gentle dissection of the breast implant pockets are critical in producing long-term well-placed breast implants. I personally think that these 2 factors are more important than any others, including type (saline or silicone) or model (low/moderate/high profile) of implant. 3. The type of implant used may determine the final outcome, especially if the patient does not have significant covering breast or adipose tissue. For example, some surgeons feel that silicone implants have a more natural look and feel than saline implants because silicone gel has a texture that is similar to breast tissue. In other words, if a patient has very low body fat and/or very little breast tissue, the silicone gel implants may provide a more "natural" result. 4. The size and model of breast implant used may make a significant difference in the final outcome. Therefore, it is very important to communicate your size goals with your surgeon. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C or D cup” etc Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to breast augmentation concerns), helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Best, most natural feeling implant; what one is the best? Mentor, Natrelle or Sientra? Your most important decision is the choice of your surgeon. All FDA approved silicone breast implants are soft. Find the best surgeon you are comfortable with and let the surgeon use the implant he or she is most comfortable with.

Answer: Most Natural Feeling Breast Implants The general consensus is that silicone gel implants feel more natural than saline implants. As to which brand of silicone gel implants feel more natural depends on the individual. You should arrange for a consultation so you can feel the implants and learn more about breast implant selection and the procedure for placing the implants.
