Hello I had 350cc mentor silicone gel implants inserted over the muscle almost 2 years ago. Since then I have been pregnant and I am currently breastfeeding. It seems as though my implants are migrating towards the middle and I could be developing symmastia? When I press between my breasts I can feel the implants. I also have some rippling in the cleavage now. Should I be concerned? Will my breasts conjoin? If i opt for an explant will this problem still occur?
