Do I have the right to ask for a refund for my Restylane that has resulted in lumps? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Every office has their own policy regarding refunds and it up to you if you want to ask for a refund. However, it is clear from your photos that you have ridges of visible filler and I hope your injector is taking care of this. The good thing about Restylane is that it is not permanent and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Best of Luck!

So if neither of you or your practitioner where happy with the result then i think you should get a refund. If all your filler needed dissolving then technically you have had no benefit whatsoever so in my practice, other than doing everything i could to get you the result you wanted at the second attempt then I would certainly refund you completely. Hope that helps .Adam Goodwin

Every office will have their own policy regarding refunds.  It is clear from your pictures that you have ridges of visible filler deposits in the skin.  It is up to you if you want to ask for a refund.  I hope that they can take care of this problem for you.  The good news is that if the filler is Restylane, it is reversible with injections of hyaluronidase.Regards,Dr. Ort
