I have a visible lump/droopy bit in the middle of my top lip 30hours after filler, Is this normal? (Photos)

I had restylane filler and have a visible lump/droopy bit in the middle of my top lip. Is this normal? May this be due to the swelling/healing? My nurse told me to gently massage the area and it is due to swelling, but I'm a little concerned. Especially that I'm going away next week
