How can I know if my lip filler was placed too close to the surface or if my hematoma is still healing? 1 week post op (photos)

I had lip fillers done a week ago. Immediately after the I had a huge bruise and bleeding (pictured below). A week later the bruise and swelling has subsided but there is a lump on my lip hanging low. I am taking arnica to help with healing. I have an appt later this week to have my lips looked at but i wanted to know exactly what I was talking about to get the best results. I also have one large depost of filler in my lower lip. It looks good just feels very ridgid. 1ml Restylane.
