I have had my lips done in the past and I can not remember this pain, same injector,same product and 1ml. Nothing was done differently, however this aching pain 9+ hrs is starting to worry me, I have been using ice and nothing is helping! It's 1am so can't call my injector :(

If you cannot reach out to your injector to be properly evaluated for complications you may be experiencing then please go to your closest hospital to be assessed.

Answer: Lip injection pain If this is your photo it does not look like you have any vascular compromise but since all things were the same and this feels different, contact your doctor and discuss your issues

Answer: Severe Pain after Lip Filler Sorry to hear of your pain 9 hours after Restylane lip filler. From the single photo, I do not see any purple / blue / or black discoloration, but delayed vascular compromise is always possible. It appears you have significant swelling (edema) which is causing the pain. Please call your cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon immediately to have an evaluation and confirmation there is no compression on your blood vessel.
