Before going into surgery, I had a nose filler, which raised my bridge. Post-op, however, I see my bridge is not the same as before as with the nose filler, even appearing less symmetrical, smooth, and even lower with somewhat of a dent between the eyebrows. The result has worsened my appearance, perhaps because it affects my eyes. I am convinced the nose filler improved my appearance more than actual rhinoplasty because of how the filler creates the pleasing symmetry between my eyebrows.

It may be possible to remove that cartilage graft with a local procedure, avoiding another big rhinoplasty surgery. Then, once the swelling resolves, if a dent is noticed, not surgical rhinoplasty with either Juvederm or Silicone can be done to fill in defects. It is usually pretty successful.
