I had my first rhinoplasty in 2016, I was left with an awful polly beak so my surgeon suggested a revision to fix it. My polly beak was fixed, however he has refined my tip so much to the point that it looks awful and pinched. I am also left with a large dent running down one side of my nose, it feels like cracked bone. My surgeon has suggested fillers. However I am hesitant to let him touch my nose again. Could a third revision give me a fuller tip? Or is it best to try fillers first?
