Revision rhinoplasty to make nose tip bigger? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty a year ago to get ride of a hump on my nose and to make my nose thinner. I love my profile but I am not happy with how the front of my nose looks. The tip of my nose is extremley small. Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty done to make the tip of my nose bigger? Also, my nose looks very pinched when I take photos w/ flash because the tip is so define. First two photos are before the rhinoplasty.

Many nasal surgeries are designed to reduce the size of the nose including the nasal tip. Cartilages in the tip may be too large or broad or widely spaced. So altering these ‘lower’ cartilages can help make the tip smaller and more refined. But some noses need the opposite:  to be larger, rounder, less pinched, smoother, more symmetrical, and other refinements.  This is usually performed using cartilage grafts, very precisely and artistically.        But there is a fine balance between ’too big’ and ’too small’. And this is very objective: beauty lies in the eye of the viewer.  A natural appearance is always critical.  So it’s wise to not strive so much for perfection but for a balance between 2 extremes.

Be careful what you wish for, if you make the nose tip  much bigger than it already is, it may be out of balance with the bridge line. There appears to be a concave upper lateral cartilage on the right side which may require a spreader graft placement.
