My experience with Dr. Chatham for Fraxel laser treatments has been truly exceptional. I deeply appreciate his honest approach and the realistic expectations he sets from the outset. I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I can remember. I have always been bullied for my nose. I searched high and low for the best surgeon. I’m from Lexington and had multiple consultations with local surgeons, surgeons in Louisville, Cincinnati, and New Albany. After meeting with countless surgeons, Dr. Chatham is who I chose. From our very first meeting he put me at ease. He’s easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and realistic. I wanted my nose to look exactly like my original nose just smaller in every way. That is literally word for word what I told him and that is exactly what he delivered. People can’t tell I had my nose done. They just look at me baffled and tell me I look fantastic. I have had quite the glow up since these before pictures. The only things I have changed was my nose and added lip fillers and tattooed eyebrows. I have also lost 60 lbs. It was a very slow process for the swelling to go down that included a couple steroid injections, but they were a breeze. The procedure itself was not painful AT ALL. I had no leaking from my nostrils, very little bruising and swelling. I had an open rhinoplasty. I have no regrets.

Dr Chatham and staff go above and beyond to ensure you are well cared for. After my cosmetic procedure they contacted me almost daily to check up on me and ensure no issues until my follow up.

Dr. Chatham put me at ease the very first time I met him. I had been going through the decision to get a rhinoplasty and was absolutely so glad I set up a consultation. My entire surgery and recovery went smoothly and honestly it shocked me how well it went. There’s not one thing I would change about the way I went about this. We had many appointments and continue to have check ins and i’m more than happy with the results. My advice to anyone who is doubtful, would be to just set up a consultation and talk to him. He will run you through every possibility and will never push you into a decision, he will be there to support you in every way. I’m so glad Dr. Chatham did my surgery and i’d go through this all over again if it meant he was my surgeon. Very professional and takes pride in his work.

Dr Chatham is beyond wonderful. Gives his honest opinion and is professional. I did laser for rosacea management and have done two treatments thus far after failing oral and topical treatments. Results are amazing and well worth it! Highly recommend

A Plus all around from doctor to every member of his office. Explained everything in great detail. Took time to answer questions. Talked me thru eyelift surgery . Checked on me twice in post op period. No pain. Swelling that was expected that ice packs took care of. Nervous for no reason at all. Very kind and caring. Great skills. Very pleased with my outcome

dr chatham is always so kind and professional. he takes the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. he goes into detail about things & makes it easier for me to understand. he’s done several laser treatments on my acne scarring with amazing results. he’s done another type of laser on my birthmark on my face that i’ve always been insecure about & it’s gotten noticeably less pigmented. i’ve also gotten botox and filler which always turns out perfect, not too much not too little, he does just the right amount. i won’t ever go to anyone else for any facial treatments. he is the absolute best & does it right every time. highly recommend him to everyone!!

I had an upper blepharoplasty in his office last week. I was very nervous before I went but I took a Valium a hour before my procedure and then had local numbing and I didn’t feel anything at all. Dr Chatman is very professional, explains everything as he is doing it. Very gentle and has excellent bedside manners. His staff was amazing too.
