I am a year post-op after a revision rhinoplasty (the only revision I’ve had). The surgeon did very beautiful work. However, now that most of the swelling has subsided, I am trying to determine if I require additional height and contour on the bridge. What is the least amount of height that can be added with an onlay graft? If this can be accomplished with no more work done to the tip, and the operation is performed in the ‘closed’ fashion, would the tip still swell?
