I have attached two photos of my nose 8 months post op. I have a visible graft and dent on one side of my nose. I would really like to avoid another surgery. What options do I have to correct these issues. Is there a way to remove the graft without having another surgery? Is there any in-office procedures that can get rid of the graft ? I don't know if fillers would help since they would increase the volume and make my top appear big. I need expert opinions on this issue. Thanks
