How can I fix hollow inner corners after eyelid surgery a year ago? (Photos)

Hi, I had eyelid surgery around a year ago. Now the inner corners of my eyes are hollow. I dont mind my left eye. But on my right eye the crease doesnt align with the natural crease of my eye, as the corners are set higher than my natural crease. Personally, I think he removed too much skin. It looks very unnatural and almost block-like. Is there still a way to fix my eyes to make them look more natural?

From your picture it looks like a widened scar. This typically happens if too much tension is placed on the wound and during your healing the skin edges are separated. Revision surgery is possible to help the scarring. Any hollowness can be improved with filler or fat. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

hi thanks for your query. two aspects to your problem, firstly there is a depression which u can easily correct by addition of some filler injectionssecondly there is a scar which is pulling and creating asymmetry, this u can correct though not 100 percent , but significantly by small scar revision procedure here.
