Hide eye asymmetry with filler or Botox - possible? (photo)

After a bad canthopexy a few years ago, my right eye has become shorter and rounder than my left one. It makes me really sad to look at this round fish eye in the mirror every day. Is there a way to make the right eye look more like the left and hide the asymmetry? Maybe with filler or Botox?

Hi thanks for the pics. as I can see there is a mild scleral show post lower eyelid blepharoplasty. this can occur due to various reasons which are treatable though. u require a simple lateral canthopexy to address the issue and it will be fine hope it answers your query regards

By most definitions, you do not have eye asymmetry. You do have, however, ptosis. or droop of the upper eyelids from stretch or dis insertion of the levator muscle causing a slight asymmetry of the upper eyelid crease. You need to see a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon who specializes in...
