After a bad canthopexy a few years ago, my right eye has become shorter and rounder than my left one. It makes me really sad to look at this round fish eye in the mirror every day. Is there a way to make the right eye look more like the left and hide the asymmetry? Maybe with filler or Botox?

Answer: Botox and fillers are not going to fix this.
Hi thanks for the pics. as I can see there is a mild scleral show post lower eyelid blepharoplasty. this can occur due to various reasons which are treatable though. u require a simple lateral canthopexy to address the issue and it will be fine
hope it answers your query

Hi thanks for your query. I can see a webbing at the lower eyelid scar area. let me tell u first not to worry too much as this is mostly resolvable by a small procedure called Z plasty. this is a plastic surgery procedure which can address your webbing issues with minimal scarring
hope it...
