Hide eye asymmetry with filler or Botox - possible? (photo)

After a bad canthopexy a few years ago, my right eye has become shorter and rounder than my left one. It makes me really sad to look at this round fish eye in the mirror every day. Is there a way to make the right eye look more like the left and hide the asymmetry? Maybe with filler or Botox?

You have a vertical and horizontal compromise of the right lower eyelid. Did you have a prior lower blepharoplasty? That often causes this type of issue. The right lateral canthus is not right. To fix it, the right lower eyelid and the canthus will need to be repaired. You have already had one botched surgery that did not fix this. It is essential that the next repair be definitive.
