Why isn’t my lower eyelid touching my eyeball post Eyelid Surgery?

If you have post blepharoplasty eyelid retraction, the initial treatment in upward lid massage and steroid/5FU injections. However, given you are 6 months out this may not help much. Surgery is typically required to fix this problem by placing a spacer graft on the backside of the eyelid and tightening the eyelid. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

hi thanks for the pics. as I can see there is a mild scleral show post lower eyelid blepharoplasty. this can occur due to various reasons which are treatable though. u require a simple lateral canthopexy to address the issue and it will be fine
