I have double eyelids and I've never had a procedure related to my eyelids. Naturally, I think my eyes are droopy (not saggy but droopy if that make sense. They're firm but are very low. I say I think because I'm not sure if that is the correct term.) Could something like a lateral cantoplasty work? Thank you.

You have a vertical and horizontal compromise of the right lower eyelid. Did you have a prior lower blepharoplasty? That often causes this type of issue. The right lateral canthus is not right. To fix it, the right lower eyelid and the canthus will need to be repaired. You have already had one...
