I had upper Blepharoplasty from a renowned board certified surgeon in 1st week of Oct 2021 I am in my mid 30's. This is what my life look now . Is this creasing and double lid common? What can be done to improve it. Pls help as I am devastated.

Answer: Questions after Upper Blepharoplasty It would be nice to see pre-op pictures. You appear to have ptosis (droop) of your upper eyelids. There can be a number of reasons for this, including it was present before the blepharoplasty, the blepharoplasty unmasked it, the blepharoplasty caused it, and several more. Presently, you need to see a plastic or ophthalmic plastic Surgeon who specializes in treating ptosis. If you see someone new, make sure you have your preop photos and the operative report. (See the last example in the web reference.)
