Do I need a revision upper blepharoplasty?

First, I am local to your home and have offices close to you so would be happy to see you in person. The included photo is tightly cropped and it is difficult to offer a full opinion on this forum without better photos.
The most common upper blepharoplasty problems postoperatively in a young person are over resection and poor scar placement, producing a paradoxically aged appearance. I would need to see better photos or see you in person to say more.

Hard to tell without better photos. First step is to see your surgeon to discuss your concerns. If there is extra skin, additional skin can be removed. Alternatively, a laser resurfacing procedure can be done to help tighten the remaining skin.

That included bilateral upper eyelid ptosis, compensatory eyebrow elevation, high or poorly defined upper eyelid crease, eyelash ptosis and crepey eyelid platform skin. These changes are caused by your recent blepharoplasty. They are not fixed by upper eyelid fillers or time. Many eyelid surgeons do not understand how this syndrome is fixed. The good news is that your upper eyelids can be fixed. Your eyelid can still be your best feature.

It would be nice to see pre-op pictures. You appear to have ptosis (droop) of your upper eyelids. There can be a number of reasons for this, including it was present before the blepharoplasty, the blepharoplasty unmasked it, the blepharoplasty caused it, and several more. Presently, you need to see a plastic or ophthalmic plastic Surgeon who specializes in treating ptosis. If you see someone new, make sure you have your preop photos and the operative report.
