In general, can ear cartilage be removed from the nose tip and nostrils following a rhinoplasty procedure? Are there risks?

I am absolutely horrified with my outcome. When out of surgery my nose brige was scooped out to much and my tip build up with ear cartilage. He placed also ear cartilage in my nostrils as well. The outcome is really horrible. My question is, would it possible to remove the pieces of cartelage from the nose, certainly the ones in the nostrils? Will it go back to what it was? What are the risks, is it possible to rectify this as well as the bridge?
