What could have caused bumps and nostril asymmetry? Can this be corrected easily? 10 months post revision rhinoplasty (photos)

I had revision rhinoplasty because of nasal collapse from a botched previous rhinoplasty. it’s been 10 months since my revision and now I have two visible bumps on the right side of my nose and I’m concerned that I’ve been botched again. I want to know what caused this because my doctor hasn’t explained anything and says it’s “swelling”. I’m really unhappy and concerned, and especially about the nostril assymetry. Is this something that can be easily fixed?
